Freelance Logistics and Operations management and support to 4Wall.

Managing onsite logistics for a number of exhibitions, conferences and air shows. 

My role includes pre production, overseeing the trucking and warehouse pre-production, running the onsite warehouse, maintaining contact with technicians and creating an organised system for the provision and returns of kit throughout the build, show and break. 

Working together with the project manager onsite, I assist with ever changing build schedules, crew comms, and generally ensuring everyone & everything is in the right place!
